Construction update October 2026: ahead of schedule – interior 80 % complete

Work at Starzenbachweg 16 is progressing well. The shell is complete. The exterior works are 95 % complete – only the fences are still missing. Interior finishing is 80 % complete: screed, painting and tiling are done; flooring, bathrooms and doors are now under way.

We are ahead of schedule and fully expect completion at the end of February 2027. You can move in no later than 1 April 2027 – by arrangement already during March 2027, around the start of the summer semester.
