What happens to my data?

Your details are sent encrypted by email straight to our letting team (Motz Immobilien GmbH, Ludwig-Kaiser-Weg 10, 94469 Deggendorf, Germany) and are not stored on this website. We only use them to decide on a tenancy with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no tenancy follows, we delete them no later than three months after a rejection or withdrawal. We do not obtain information from third parties and make no automated decisions. You can request access, correction and deletion at info@motz-immo.de.
